We were notified on Oct 8th by the RCMP that another company that imports the GSG-16 had reached out to the BC CFO and inquired about prohibiting the ATI GSG-16.

This FRT record should bring clarity to this matter. Should you have purchased one of these please keep this for your records.

That remind me of a samething that did happenend a couple years ago,it ended up screwing all the gun nutz in canada ...

They want to make their own imports prohib !?!? i dont understand ...

That's too bad, sad to think a importer or retailer would do that. But it's happened before...

You know i dont beleve that some nutter still buy from them, even if they made a "excuse" here, for me he did hit us right in the back,so i did not forget.

BC CFO was contacted.

Blue Line is the only other known importer of the GSG 16. Blue Line is in BC.

If they did,see how toxic is the firearms community here in canada ? and i hope their business will die ... sorry but i cant stand this childish attitude ...

It may explain the wait for the Canadian model. Or was the accused just contacting the RCMP to see if they would be prohibited depending on the election results?

You know i was browsing BL forum, this afternoon they had a thread saying that some of the gsg 16 were here and ready to be shipped tomorrow, and guess what that thread dissapears... wtf is going on !

Now that they are here, who cares??? Unless they want to put the price back to what they likely hoped it would be.

And that right there is why IRG is such an invaluable asset to the Canadian firearms community.

It's not just the fact that they are another avenue for us to acquire product. It's the fact that that avenue forces our Canadian guys to keep their pencils sharpened.

If it weren't for IRG our Canadian guys would be raking us over the coals.

I love the free market.

Election results? Highly unlikely that was their motive.

They simply aren't a believer in free market capitalism. Especially when it doesn't all go their way.
