It's okay if you love IRG, that's your opinion and I'm okay with that. My opinion of IRG is that they are greasy.

I have a feeling customs may have triggered this. BLS'S shipment just came in so customs probably held it as they figure out whether or not they are prohibited or non restricted. Then they probably backtracked previous shipments and noted IRG'S shipments and asked RCMP to clarify. This probably prompted them to investigate. Probably why BLS shipment took a while to receive.

That's what I was thinking.... explains the delay.

IRG is not grey market. They are also Canadian. Suggesting otherwise is dishonest.

How come? IRunGuns is not a Canadian distributor, representative, etc of most, if not all, products they bring into Canada... That makes them Grey Market by definition... Don't get me wrong, I've shopped from them and probably will do again but that will happen only when I have no other option...!

No they would not... IRunGuns is a grey market business and there is nothing wrong with it... In the USA there is a huge photography Grey Market that is legal and sells cheaper than regular pricing...! You think you're getting a cheaper product, but lack of warranty, when needed, actually makes them more expensive...

Did you listen to the call? I was nothing but polite and was just trying to understand what was going on. And got hung up on.

Not sure what problem you have with me, but you need to ask yourself if you're directing your frustration towards the right person.
