As stated by others, grey market is not black market, hense not illegal.
To use a simple example of grey market, go to BestBuy in the US and by a Sony tv, bring it to Canada then try and claim warranty at BestBuy Canada or Sony Canada they will direct you back to the USA.
If your tv works then a great deal, if it fails well good luck!!

If irunguns is a legitimate distributor of these guns it's not grey market. Grey market would be if I bought up a bunch of guns and start distributing them without the right too.

From the evidence so far, it looks like it wasn't so much a matter of someone trying to GET a gun prohibited, as it was noticing a competitor selling a gun that's STILL prohibited.

Isn't that exactly what cox sucker did tho. Just backfired big time. I think we are lucky that this hasnt ended with all gsg 16s being immediately prohib lol.

You're partially correct.

Irungun is a legitimate distributor of most products they import (to Canada) in the USA, as far as I can tell they are not a distributor for most products in Canada... Exporting/Importing products, as long as sourced legally has nothing to do with being a distributor or not, so CBPA or RCMP would not care... However the manufacturer may have a saying on this and stop selling them products if other legitimate distributors start complaining, RCMP or other LE would involve if they are in breach of their contracts with manufacturers...

IRunGun is a grey market dealer... There is nothing wrong with that though don't understand why people trying to argue with that...
