they are the same gun made in the same factory just re branded for different distributors. this has been confirmed on here in other threads. talk to s&j or this particular dealer and they should confirm, or feed you a line, either way, they are the same gun

there might be minor finish differences, some of the older ones had chrome triggers and bolt releases but the gun is made in the same factory, its just rebranded. both are good guns, as far as we know at least, no telling for sure until more guys get trigger time on them and we find out how durable they really are

Exterior finishing wise they are pretty much the same, visible difference are their butt stock, front and rear sight, finishing of the trigger safety and that's all. Assuming rest of them are the same.
