That's what happened to me... but the second time around I bought it. Just a matter of time for you maybe. :D
looks like these contain blem parts. (Arms East was selling the blem receivers not long ago)... good price if you don't have the time to source the parts/wait for a sale on the parts yourself.

Man this is a tough one. So much want but I kind of want to wait and see what happens next Monday before I buy something that might soon be banned.

Still tempted on a 6.5 though, or potentially buy and swap to a .308 in the future.
