Sorry to say but I doubt even if they ban semi-autos they still won’t walk back Magazine capacity restrictions. The Anti’s would throw a shyt fit and Turdo would look bad.

Capacity is based on the firearm the magazine was designed for, not used in. FN-FAL mags are limited to 5 rounds, even though the FAL is prohibited.
Actually, that brings up a good question: Are you including a last round bolt hold-open?
