Non-toxic, like as if I'm going to eat it? No thanks. Ill stick to my conventional ammo.

(ps - not a knock at all against North_Sylva . The more options the better. I am only speaking of my opinions on this product. The product I have not tried, so take it with a grain of salt)
Have you heard of something called the environment?

Lead escapes to the atmosphere from both the primer and the base of the bullet when fired. Then it is inhaled, and also come into contact through residue during cleaning and normal handling. When you splash that cleaning solvent on your dinner table and push out that dirt through your barrel.......and let the dirt go anywhere.

Oh, and if you put your feet on the berm outdoor......

If the price is reasonable and they are actually easily available, I am 100% all for going the non-toxic stuff.

A naturally occurring element taken from the earth, formed into a bullet and then pounded back into the earth is not causing any pollution. Also all Canadian shooting rangets have strict lead reclamation proceedurs. But yes I have heard of the environment and it is not being effected by my use of lead projectiles.

For indoor ranges....but I’m not aware of any lead reclamation being done on outdoor ranges despite the fact that some may influence the lead concentration in local water supplies

Shifting to tox free ammo is a good thing, if the costs are comparable

You might want to do a bit more reading on how lead gets into the human body wrt shooting activities...

I think all ranges have to have a remediation plan/fund for range closure. No reclamation needed on currently utilized ranges.

    Maybe I'm wrong.
...I don't like making plans for the day because then "premeditated" gets thrown around the courtroom.

    From the S&B site..

"After firing the cartridge is free from toxic exposure to barium, lead, mercury, antimony. It does not pollute the environment, does not endanger the shooter’s health with combustion products, and does not leave harmful residue in the gun. It ensures safe shooting in closed premises and on target ranges. Unique patented primer design."

Greta approved, good for my health, good for my pistol's health, and safe indoors..

Haven't tested the ammo myself yet, but fantastic if it will help keep things in good shape!

Will definitely grab a case at my next opportunity..

    Thanks for bringing it in!
