What factors contribute to delays in receiving PAL/RPAL? I've heard of some folks getting it in a few weeks, others 15 months. Is it things outside of the person themselves, such as extended family members having a police record, or is it just applications getting 'lost', etc?
Anything that shows up in CPIC essentially will get you flagged. Even from incidents from 20 years ago they will be able to see.

It’s any interaction with law enforcement.
CFO does not have access to your medical history, that’s something you have to disclose.
