11 November / Novembre - Lest we forget / N'oublions jamais
Remembrance Day - Lest we Forget.
Please take a few moments to remember the importance of this day.
We will be closed on Remembrance Day to remember and give thanks to those who have given so much for our Country.
Where ever you are, please remember to pause for a moment of remembrance at the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the
eleventh month (11:00 am, 11 November), as that marks the time when the armistice became effective during the First World War.
The online part of our store is always open.

I've toured many of the battlefields from WWI and WWII and especially from the first war the ground is still all disfigured from the trenches and shellfire. And in the fall you still see little groups of unexploded shells that the farmers dig up.
And if you're ever at the Menin Gate in Ypres at 8:00 PM, any day of the year. Chilling.
Pretty sobering stuff.
Never forget.

My grandfathers story from WWII.

He has been gone for 8 years, but he seems so alive in the recording.... Words are not enough to explain what it was like to hear it for the first time several years after his passing. They are all increadable stories.

Always a hard time of year. Much love and adoration to all our Vets and those who fight for what is right and just.

Thank you to everyone who has served! You aren’t appreciated enough, we have a vet in the family and know what it is like.
