I've had it for several years now. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Every case is reviewed before an absolute yes or no can be given. The program itself protects gun owners who follow the law but find themselves being charged any ways by over zealous or unknowing officers. From what Ive read and been told the OIC is law but the FRT is not.
