I'm not experienced enough with BCL or NS to know which on is best/worst.
I'm guessing BCL dropped the warranty ball?

No, in my experience the opposite.

Well then, since the only 308 AR issued in Canada was an Armalite, does that mean they've actually gone away from "Milspec"? Just asking.

There is no Milspec for these.. If you look at the history of AR-10 and LR308, there are a ridiculous number of versions.

The Canadian Military spec for a 7.62x51 AR format rifle can only be the Armalite pattern since those are the only AR's issued by the CF in 7.62x51. The Brit spec would be the SR25 pattern (LMT), as would the Kiwi. There is no US Milspec, true, but that doesn't mean there are no military specifications for them.

    Thanks CSC for the overview.

But 300 rounds at 25m is hardly anytime more than a test fire. We need some accuracy reports, how well it functions with different ammo and different magazines.

Did it require to be cleaned during the 300rds session ? Or it could have gone thru without anything else than the initial coating of CLP ?
