I need to write my MLA. SK should follow along on this.
How can seizing rifles from law abiding rural SK owners stop gang related handgun crime in Toronto!

Perhaps calling your MLA will have more impact, and get action faster.

Thanks for your input. But no one in Alberta particularly cares what someone who disparages hard working westerners wants.

Why does everyone say "move to the US" when ever people talk about letting up a bit on gun laws? I'm pretty sure drunks and dopers wouldn't be able to get a firearms license, let alone a carry permit, should any laws actually change.

So you prefer they carry concealed then? News flash, they already do.

Your suggesting of moving to the US is pathetic and insulting. PS, while I am neither a citizen of the US nor a resident, I already have a US carry permit, something that my own government won't give me, despite two decades of loyal service.

How about you take your ignorant comments to the US and let the grown ups who know how to handle firearms and aren't afraid of their neighbors continue to fight to have our rights not infringed at home.

Can provincial laws overturn federal laws?

What I mean is that Canadian Firearms Laws are in the Federal jurisdiction right ?
