It's simply amazing how dramatically many firearms have appreciated over the last 20 years. Back in 1998 I bought a 29-2 in near perfect condition for $299 from a gun store in Edmonton. The year after that, I got my hands on a Colt Python in very good condition for $499. Both guns have long since been sold to new homes, so the crying over spilt milk is something I've already dealt with. But oh how I wish my retirement savings investments had performed the same way...

I think anyone with the knowledge of firearms would think your offer of $850.00, if you so desired to make, is a fair one.
