Still no response to my inquiries and no the order seems to be in limbo. Is there any other way of contact?? I would like to get this figured out.

Email is the only way I’ve ever been able to reach them. I know once the order is complete they can’t modify it. But in the past if I forgot to put something in they’ve been able to create another order and not charge shipping and just add it in with the other one. They have social media so that is another way you could try and reach out to them.
