These guns come with two 9rd magazines, cable lock, and owners manual/warranty papers. They use a operating system similar to both a Beretta 92FS and a Beretta Px4 Storm. The handguns are brand new.

The magazines look a lot a like but they're slightly different. The Beretta magazine will insert but not lock as the cut outs for the mag catch are in slightly different spots.The Beretta magazine is on the left and the Cougar magazine is on the right.
