They had the PWS buffer tube I wanted priced cheaper than I've seen it elsewhere, even before the sale price, so I figured I'd give them a chance.
I guess I'll see what happens....
EDIT: just checked my email... shipping to Ontario was $15.25 so I guess that means I'm a happy customer.
