How does one apply this mythical 10% off? I’m assuming there’s a code hidden somewhere but I can’t see it on the site, or any post.

Lots of "out of stock" still.
That’s what happens when lots of people buy stuff....at a sale.
The website has shown "out of stock" for lots of items before the sale. So either the site isn't being updated or they hardly have anything in.
