If your in my area, Stathroy/London I can arrange a day of shooting different 22lr rifles and pistols. Might help you decide what kind of rifle your looking for.

I would be P'd off too, that it took so long. Good that you stuck it out - and very good that you finally have your PAL. I sincerely hope that you enjoy this "hobby" enough, that it makes the horsecrap you had to endure, worthwhile.
