Do these all have the bolts that are breaking?

Would love a SOCOM but not if it has a MIM bolt.
I've seen the MIM bolts break, really turns me off. I want one of these guys, but the fact that I've seen two of these $600 guns rendered useless in a year makes me shy away.
If someone has old stock of non MIM bolts, let me know guys.
Had my eye on a socom for a bit, but I worry about the mim bolts and how the importer isn't dealing with the issue.
Is that Socom Non-restricted?
