Yes it is a 4", just wondering if they would offer a Canadian legal version like Ruger does with many of their guns already.

I doubt it, but if an order of 250+ came in, they likely would. Most of the 4.2" are not really for the Canadian market its for states where they have different laws for barrels longer than 4" like CA.
