I can't follow your logic here as the Scorpion evo is classed as a CV. (Commercial version) We do not have a "pistol" class in Canada.

I guess I worded it wrong, but as lone-wolf has said, the PSA AKV pistol has magazines that work in the Scorpion EVO. Before the 33 round mag limit there were some AKV mags (pinned to 10) imported into Canada. Unfortunately due to the 33 round import restriction no more can be imported. However, if PSA makes AKV pistol magazines under 33 rounds, they can be imported as 10 round pistol magazines, and conveniently used in the scorpion evo. Sorry for the confusion.
