What is Team Membership and how does it work?

I am a Super Gunnutz member, why am I only allowed six pictures on my ads, when I have seen the less expensive memberships with 12-15 pictures.

I do not understand that one!......

Each post may include up to 6 attachments. There is not a limit on the number of pictures embedded, that are pictures hosted outside of the forum.

Some people have asked about the possibility of a life time team membership - The accountant hates the idea.

I wonder if this is something many people are interested in, or just the wish of a few.

Would some other perks be viable and implemented?
Wishing to become a member but held back because of the following reasons:

Sometimes I don't use the EE much
I clean/backup my inbox regularly
I have photo hosting

Don't know if there are other features that can encourage me to do so?
One thing I'm interested in is besides the membership title, can our username have custom color options like yours?
It doesn't have to be yellow/orange (I see that could be an admin color) but can we have other color options, maybe for different tier memberships?
Don't have many other ideas, but I think if there are more features besides inbox functions more of us would be tempted to join.
