The roll mark on the barrel looks a little odd ...almost like it was double stamped.

It's crazy that they are a 1500+ MSRP for a single shot rifle.
Oh man, my fingers smell like cosmoline.

Have the same rifle in 270.
A free society must outlaw harming innocent people to function, but when we seek to curtail what all of us can do, rather than holding each of us responsible for what we actually do, we give up on freedom itself.

This isn’t new. I got one from Prophet River in the fall of 2017. Great gun, super accurate, but not new.

Why all that god awful gawdy engraving on such a beautiful gun?
    Ruins it for me.

True. They are beautiful but wouldn't be my choice for that kind of money.

6.5 Creedmoor, right? Was available in 2017 as a special order. I think Prophet River brought in 3, I got one of them.

I suspect the rifle I got is somewhere in the 0.6 to 0.75 MOA range if you work up a load it really likes. Sadly, I am not a 0.6 to 0.75 MOA shooter most days. I found mine got a lot less picky about charge weight with slower burning powders. I wound up using H4831. I probably lost some velocity, but had a wide node.

Also, one has to recognize the long lock time - follow through matters.
