SHOT SHOW 2020: Browning X-Bolts with... Fiberglass Stocks?

For the X-Bolt fans, I picked up a couple of items which may be worth looking into.

I've always been a fan of the X-Bolt. Problem with great guns is that sometimes it's difficult to find significant improvements, upgrades to make them stand from the crowd. Here's an idea, though, which may get some traction.

For a few limited models (a couple of Western Hunters and Hell's Canyons), Browning offers their new "Fiber Fusion" fiberglass stock. Feels like stiffness will be way up there. Another advantage is that graphics are not on the surface so scratches to the exterior layer won't be as visible.

Another new X-Bolt model presented is the Hunter Long Range, looking great in a walnut stock with adjustable comb. Even better, a left hand model is offered (for left-hand shooters like me who are sometimes left behind)

Nice guns, but 1000$ price increase over the traditional hells canyon? I can’t wrap my head around how a Fiberglass stock can add $1000 value, or improve the cloverleaf groups my gun already shoots with factory ? More money than brains situation? Hmm

I have this on my xbolt pro tungsten and im very happy with it. Its filled with fome so there is a nice solid feel and sound to it and it weighs nothing. The kick with no brake is noticeable in 300wsm.
