How is the glass on these? Some pics on the internet show a noticeable blue/green hue while others seem pretty clear

The trigger pull is not true match grade. It isn't designed to be. This is a fighting gun.

Just picked up this for my 10/22 last week. Only had to adjust it minimally for elevation but otherwise it's perfect. Worth every dollar IMO
Definitely does not. I bought another rail adapter to heighten mine
