I'd have thought that with retirement would come more time to enjoy your toys.
However, your best bet dollar wise is to apply for access to the CGN Equipment Exchange (EE) and sell them there.
Pictures are a must if you want to sell them quickly, but it's fairly easy to attach them.

Pre-orders are horrible for everyone involved. They never go smooth. We will not be doing a pre-order to bankroll this project.
