Walther PPQ M2 Sights or Slide

I bought a Walther PPQ M2 in 22LR shortly after they were released.

The factory sights have elevation adjustment but it ran out of adjustment before I could get it where it needed to be. I know I'm not alone with this as I have read other posts on the forum for this very issue.

Are there any other sights available for this gun? Ideally with adjustable windage and elevation?

Also the factory sight has started to lift out of the beavertail slightly on one side. Until I take it apart I cant know if it is the sight (which is fine) or the slide (not fine). If the beavertail in the slide is damaged can I purchase a new replacement slide?

No new sights. Walter will ship you a fibre optic fr sight post but that is it. Not sure about slide but I am sure parts are available.
