I'm with you. I can't really see a use for it, but damn...it's tempting.

That rifle is cool and beautiful at the same time. Love the grey ash looking stock & fore-piece.

Can 22 LR, Long or short be shot through this gun safely? I realize there is no rifling and it’s a smooth bore, but can a regular 22 round be fired through this gun?

For dispatching animals at close range or on a trap line this option would be nice.

It specifically says to shoot the .22 shot shells only in the manual.

The smoothbore 22 gives a much better pattern than a rifled barrel. The only gun I regret selling is my smoothbore 22. In a lever action it will be awesome. A truly fun gun.

I kind of figured that, would obviously void the warranty as well.

Now in saying that, apparently it can be done, just researched it on the net. Accuracy was amazingly fairly decent to 40-50 yards. I would not do this in that gorgeous Henry Garden gun, but in an emergency, maybe........

Shows and compares the patterning of the GG and a rifled 22.

Don’t absolutely need one but Henrys are great guns.
Thanks Johnny for posting this, was neat to watch......

Thanks to JohnnyPython for the review. I dont need one, but it's so cool. My grandaughters especially the younger ones will love to shoot the mini shotgun.

Thanks, think it is my first purchase with you guys.
