Are the pre-orders still being sold as non-restricted?

Yes, it was sold to you pre-ban so our understanding is as long as they are still producing them we will ship your rifle to you.

So for those that already pre ordered, is the rifle they are receiving considered to be NR at the sale or prohibited? Is the RCMP notified of the transaction?

The frt is not law. What the rcmp did to the frt data base is illegal. The rcmp has no authority to change the classification of firearms like they did. They have no authority to change the frt in anyway. It is stated on the rcmp website itself that the only way they can be changed is by parliment. Last time I looked the rcmp is not parliment. What they did is illegal. I am not a lawyer I just read everything I can from direct sources. The mdi slr was not named in the oic and therefore it is still legally non restricted along with the coyote

It's prohibited. It was sold to you when it was NR and technically it is your property, so any classification changes afterwards wouldn't impact you being able to receive it. You can't legally discharge it or take it out of your house. It's a safe queen now unless it is changed to NR or R.
You're an idiot if you buy an SKS for over $400.

The BCL Coyote is like Schrodinger's cat in the box; both of the above scenarios are true at the same time until someone opens the box to see if the cat is alive, or in this case , actually gets arrested with the Coyote in the field and brings a challenge to Her Majesty's Court about the validity of the historical negationism wrought by the editing of the FRT.

Does that still apply if the purchase was a pre-order? Does not having paid for the rifle in full still equate to full ownership for NR purchase status? Seeing as it may have been purchased as a NR but being prohib today makes transporting it home from the store or having it delivered sound iffy.
