I cannot understand that so many manufacturers picrail are razor sharp.
Not only is it highly inconvenient, it also decreases the repetability of the picrail.
Reason for the less good repetability is when you use the gun sooner or later there is sharp dent sticking up as there is a lack of chamfer.

This is not a service we offer, this is done on Håkans personal gun but this is the way we at spuhr manufacture our picatinnyrails! We call it picatinny generation 2.
