As the Ruger Pc9 have way to short picatinny rail it needs a cantilever mount to get the scope in the right place.
Worth to consider when choosing mounts for short actions like all .22s and also standard rem short actions is the eyerelief!
Here is a ruger RPR .22 and a cantilever mount is a must of you don’t want the scope well inside you’r head.
The alternative had been a longer/higher picrail.
