    OAL doesn't apply to a manual action that came like that from the factory. Its not made less than 660mm by means of a folding and telescoping stock, it's not prohib by name, its not a handgun, so its non restricted. Case in point : Mare's leg.

    I dunno one of those touchy things I don’t wanna mess with only thing that pops into my mind is when Dlask made their original 8.5” super shorty shotguns with a similar pistol grip they were sold as non restricted but got a call from rcmp which ended it pretty fast and got reclassified as restricted not qualifying that overall length, now they only sell it with houge stock attached to be no less than 660mm. They do manufacture their own barrels so it’s considered factory stuff I would assume when they can offer 6” serbu clones as non restricted.
