Only if the mags have an original capacity of 50 or lower.

No. The adaptor is for the Glock 9mm double column mags i.e. G17/G19/G26 etc. The G48/G43X mag will not function in the Ruger PC carbine.

That's what I figured, got my hopes up for a second. I wrote to Keltec asking if they'd make an Sub2K model for the G43X / G48 (pistol grip module and mag release), they said they would consider it if there's sufficient interest but that I was only the first to inquire about it.
