Magpul is supposed to release an AICS pattern 5.56 magazine "summer 2020" so I would imagine they will probably create a different SKU for the stock that you can order that includes the 5.56 mag instead.

Go to their US site, pay for one and wait 6 weeks. Or wait and see if any extras appear on the Canadian site in the next couple days.
They will be on the Canadian site tomorrow. 5.56 and 762X39 which uses Mini 30 mags.
