It's not though. These magazines were designed specifically for the PSA AK-V Pistol, not the Scorpion. They happen to fit the Scorpion, and whether that applies legally to these, is entirely subject to the opinion of the firearms lab. However, in Canada, for a magazine to legally hold 10 rounds it must meet two criteria; One, it must be designed for a pistol, and two, said pistol must be commonly available in Canada. The second part has no clear legal definition that I can find. What makes a pistol "commonly available"? Moreover, how many new to the market handguns, come into this country with proprietary mags limited to 10? Is the first commercial shipment of these enough to consider them now "common", or is the importer unwittingly importing hundreds of prohibited devices? Also consider that if the interpretation of these magazines is that they are in fact designed for the scorpion, which version? In Canada, the Scorpion EVO has rifle variants, and pistol variants, both of which are commonly available. There are many restricted scorpions registered as "Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Pistol", which makes them pistols, and also forever restricted. This fact alone should open the door for a purpose made Scorpion Pistol Magazine.

Ordered these on March 24. No email or tracking number yet. Are these waiting on import, backordered, getting pinned somewhere?
I sent a few emails last week and a message through your website with my order number and contact info; no response.

Any idea if these are going to ship out soon?

Edit: first time ordering with IRG. Just found your sticky on importing process times......holy balls, parts can take a long time to get imported!

They are coming in depending on when they were ordered. We are currently running 2 weeks behind due to excessive volume and the virus.

We apologize for the delays we are doing the best we can to get everything processed as quick as possible.

$17USD "in Canada", meaning there's no $200 import fee?
Once your ad sells, edit prefix from WTS to Pls Remove and change the title to SOLD by clicking go advanced. I'm tired of clicking on ten ads a day, only to see the word sold where the price was.

Thus there is no pistol in Canada that takes these mags.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
Not QUITE. Ones imported direct from CZ by Wolverine, EVEN THOUGH the reg cert says "Commercial Version", they are in fact registered as pistols. You have to call the firearms office to confirm. These wolverine guns are pistols and can never be made NR. BUT it's a "Commercial Version" of an SMG, and the mags are still considered rifle mags, and are pinned at 5.
