I'm looking for something I can use with powdercoat/gascheck bullets in service rifle calibres.
    4895 works well for this.

Tons of data for it in the 4th Edition Lyman Cast bullet handbook. I have 10 lbs ordered to try.

Anyone else try da4064 ssc in a 308 win, more specifically with 180gr bullets? I have read imr4320 report with 168gr bullets. I want to keep the accuracy/velocity i have with 180's.

Does anyone know the temperature stability of these powders vs the IMR powders?
