    Here's a D4350ssc / IMR 4350 / H4350 / RL19 / H4831sc comparison with the same charge weight

    260 Remington, 22.4" Tikka T3x
    140gr Speer Hotcor
    F-C brass / Fed 210M primer
    2.865" OAL (.030" jump)
    43.0grs powder

    H4350 - 2719 fps
    IMR 4350 - 2648 fps
    RL19 - 2598 fps
    D4350ssc - 2537 fps
    H4831sc - 2495 fps

Average velocity from 4 rounds of each load, measured with Labradar

Nice, I use RL 19 data in quick load to build loads using d4350sc.

Is there only one lot of d4350sc around? Mine shows lot 25 purchased June 2020.

What would you guys recommend for the tikka 7mm08? I'm currently using h4350 at 48.3 grains and a 140gr, 2850ish velocity. D4350ssc seems quite a bit slower, would d4895 or d4064 be better ?

    I’ve had good success with ~43gn D4895 with a 139gn 7/08. Yields just over 2800fps.

That was another powder I was curious about, the 4895. How's your accuracy with it ? Have you tried the 4064 before ?
