looking at getting 5lbs of D4064SSC for my 6.5 creed shooting 140's and 223 shooting 55gr

any input of speeds? from what I have skimmed it is on par with IMR4064? 1 powder 2 rifles would be convenient

I did try the D4350 was decent but seems like everyone is getting slow speeds..

I was getting 2715 with 42 D4350 and 140 matchburners and 2650 with 41.5 and 140 RDF, both with CCI 400’s plus still room in the case for more powder. It’s not a particularly fast barrel either, I was getting 2750 with 41.5 H4350.

You seem to be the only one with this experience, I know you are using a good Chrono too! So why do you think you are getting better speeds than others?

I’m just getting into reloading and plan on loading 223, 308 and 30-06 (for a Garand). Is there one powder that CanAm has available that would be a good choice for all 3 of those calibers or would I be better off getting 2 different kinds?

Not sure, I’m swapping barrels soon, I’ll do more testing with a new(er) barrel and let you know how it turns out.

I haven't used them yet, but I'd say the d4064. I'll be ordering some soon for my 708 and 3006

Good info, thanks. Would you recommend the d4350 or d4064 with a 7mm08 using 130-140 grainers. Currently I use h4350 at 2800-2850fps.

Tried D4064 in my .223 today. Max charge I tried was 22.8 grains @ 2525fps with 90 grain JLK.
