The D4350 is definitely slower than the IMR. Low loads are known to be dirty. I haven't noticed anything excessive. Not like the old H870...

D4350 runs fine in 6.5 Creed. I’m getting 2725 FPS with 41.5g and 140 matchburners. Still room in the case if you wanted to get a bit more out of it. It does look dirty but didn’t seem to foul in my barrel, I’ve put 1000 down the tube, cleaned once somewhere around 500 rounds, no changes in precision. Good powder for practice ammo,

None of the listed powders. H4895 is akin to IMR4895, H4064: IMR4064, H8208BR: IMR 8208BR. They all are mid burn rate rifle powders, suitable for the 223 and 308. D700 is a fast burn rate pistol/shotgun powder. The 338 Lapua requires use of slow burn rate powders, such as Retumbo.

Sorry, I should have been more specific, I was trying the 4350 in my 6.5x55, using 139 Scenars. I only loaded up to 47 grains, which got me pretty close to 2700fps with no pressure signs. It's a modern rifle I'm shooting, with a 26" barrel, so I'm pretty sure there's room for more velocity than that. This was my first time trying ladder testing for load development too, and it was fairly windy, so maybe that explains my somewhat erratic results too. I'll load a few more to try on a nicer day.

Is there an H335 equivalent in the works?

I'm using the Dominion 4895 powder in my 30-06 loads for my M1 Garand and M1903 Springfield. Both rifles like the 150gr FMJ bullet over 47.5gr of D4895. I haven't noticed too much of a difference between the D4895 and the IMR4895 except the smell. D4895 seems to have a bit of different smell upon firing, but the results downrange don't disappoint, so I'm quite happy.

Since ball powders are not made in the factory supplying the Dominion powders it's pretty unlikely. I believe Canam said any ball they would source would come from the St. Marks plant in Florida.

what type of chrono are you using? just wondering if your speeds are spot on everyone else seemed to say it was slower, and I don't have a chrono

That seems fast. I was only getting 2450 out of 41gr with a 140 Hornady. Long barrel?
