I haven't messaged you about it, but I'd be more interested in seeing the 6.5 test, it's closer to the 6.5x55 I'll most likely be using it with. I'll probably try it in 30-06 eventually too.

D4350sc loads like Rl19. I doubt you'll get enough in that creedmoor case to see decent speeds. Starvin loaded it successfully in a 300 wm a few pages back.

If you need to load a Dominion powder in a 6.5 creedmoor, try 4064sc.

Hoping the D4064 comes back into stock soon.

The 4064ssc is turning out to be a pretty great powder so far. Only loading it in .308 for now but it's good stuff. Doesn't meter well from an RCBS thrower, I'm hoping the Dillon thrower works adequately for bulk 150grn FMJ ammo.

I'm loading 45 grains and not compressing the powder. I do tap the case as I'm filling though.

    My latest test. D4350ssc.

    Gun:
    Rem 783, 6.5 Creedmore 24" heavy barrel

    Ammo:
Virgin Hornady 6.5 Creedmore brass. Trimmed to 1.910.
    Weighed and sorted to .5gr
    Fed 210M primer
140gr Hornady SST weighed and sorted. Within .5gr (I wanted to use these up)
    2.690coal.
Charges weighed on a RCBS 5-0-2 scale

    18C at 300' elevation.
Labradar speeds 10 shots each load. Which was verified with my known 308 load.

    Load A:
    41gr IMR 4350
    Avg 2567
    Hi. 2593
    Lo. 2548
    ES. 45

    Load B:
    41gr D4350ssc LOT 25
    Avg 2450
    Hi. 2475
    Lo. 2432
    ES. 43

    The ES seems high.

Only did 10 shots today as I didn't think there was any need to get a larger sample for these 2.

    As for accuracy. Neither.

I added the 7828 as it is the only SSC I have.

I would say the D4350ssc is a considerably slower powder. Maybe even closer to 4831 or RL19 as some have already suggested. I had some IMR 4831 loaded up but not that low.
Even the IMR4350 is 150fps slower than the Hornady book using the same ingredients. Hornady shows 42grs of IMR4350 as a max load.

I will try the 300 win next. Just I had my scope lens fall out so it is in for warranty. Might be a month or 2.

Great post. These posts really need to quote the Lot # of the Dominion poweders so they can be used as a reference for others down the road.

    D4350ssc lot 25.

Added it to the post. They are in the other tests. Missed this one I guess.

Do you need the lot# of the IMR powders?
