I wouldn't want to be that site sponsor. There is a Government Agency in the US called Blue Lantern https://www.bis.doc.gov/index.php/do...e-lantern/file who is currently investigating the illegal exports of these launchers and thermal imaging equipment into Canada.

There is a dealer in Canada who has already felt their wrath. Blue Lantern, is comprised of inner agency personnel, ICE, ATF, FBI, CBP, DND, and DOJ agents. It is extremely serious...

Flat rate shipping to Canada is 25.00USD on all accessory and ammunition orders regardless of quantities ordered. Firearms are exported to Canada at a flat rate of 25.00USD per firearm.

If you want a grenade launcher you could always go old school http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/No.1_Mk.I_Cup_Discharger

That may be the case, it's most likely like post and pre 86 for machine guns. I am referring to current legislation and guidelines, and remember not everyone is conscious of current regulations.

Some lasers can be exported with proper licensing, others are strictly for LE or Military applications. If they are on our Canadian site they have been imported correctly and lawfully.

This has nothing to do with the legality exporting class 3 weapons from the USA but it explains how Americans can get their licenses for these types of weapons including DD’s

That's a great overview and 100% correct but the keys words are "approval from the ATF must be obtained" that's where everything stops...

    Have a great weekend Bud!!!

Perhaps naming businesses is not a good idea here. Business members have business rules to follow in the business area.
