Anyone order from Zahal before?.

I ordered from zahal before. Don't remember any extra charges, just paid shipping like any other online retailer. I was happy with my first purchase. BUT.

I don't recommend buying from them right now. Not only are Canada Post back logged from covid. mail carriers abroad are much worse. Israel's post must be working super slow. I ordered a backpack from Zahal over a month ago probably close to 40 days now and my tracking hasn't even shown an update since I got the tracking. I doubt I'll receive it at all at this point or if I do it will be 50+ days. I'm probably going to ask for refund pretty soon. I get covid is causing delays but I have been patient. Usually shipping time is somewhere around 10-13 days.
 
Still havent had a reply from an order error from Jan. Emailed numerous times. Putting a claim in w (FRAUD ALERT) on mon.

I bought a whack of mags from them awhile ago, and there was a $70 charge at the post office when I went to pick them up. MY fault for not being aware of it, and the deal on the mags was so good that it didn't bother me much. I can't remember the order size, I think it was 15 or 20 Elander mags.

1 for 1 great experience ordering from them,
 
They’ve been excellent, my last 2 orders where slow to ship but we all know why as it is not their call.

Trying to cancel my order, no response yet.
 
Zavala’s has always been great. Twice I got parcels from Israel in under a week! Once was 4 days!!
But that was a while ago.
 
Don't count shipping delays due to the Covid issues as their fault. All international shipping is backlogged and delayed. On instagram Zahal posts almost daily. They are working until 11pm shipping all orders.

Same boat, ordered Feb 27, shipped March 23! Long process time, still waiting aswell, I understand that Covid slowed things down, but a month to get it shipped? A little crazy.
