Dunno...looks like if you change the grip frame, you got a long barreled revolver.

Ok. Thank you for the reply. Is it possible to be notified when they arrive?

I've never seen one with a grip jutting out at that angle. I don't imagine it would be particularly pleasant to shoot a handgun with that grip angle.
Not that logic means much with this kind of deal. If you cut down one of the Alfa Proj carbines into a handgun, you would already be turning it into a prohibited firearm just by cutting it.

Yea, if you alter the frame or wooden stock, you could call anything a handgun(actually... that's exactly what the americans do)

Glad to hear that some other people are interested in these as well! If they manage to come in as NR I'm definitely in for one, fingers crossed as the frames are designed to take 9422 rifle stocks so hopefully that means the frames are looked at the same way as the Uberti rifles. They may be a little strange but that's what makes them so interesting to me, revolver rifles are pretty unique.

I’m pretty excited about this... I will absolutely pick one up the second they come in.

Restricted or not... either way. I just think it’s cool.

With the Alfa Proj don't you just have to change the grip? The frame is the same whether carbine or handgun with that one isn't it?

I'd buy one in .22lr and one in .22 mag if they are non restricted.
Under no pretext should arms and ammunition be surrendered; any attempt to disarm the workers must be frustrated, by force if necessary.
