We have been told that the order has shipped. It is still in customs.
I believe that to be true as a package shipping to me from a friend in the US has been 3 weeks and still has not arrived.
The importer is staying on top of this shipment and will give us more news as they get it.
What are the options for cancellations after the two month mark?
