What the hell is a “full metal jacket soft point”?

Prices are what they are. I do like to support local businesses and have bought from Western Metals/Straight Shooters a number of times.

However, I do have to say that their online order system and customer service is poor to non-existent.

Don't expect them to communicate with you or answer their emails. How it works apparently is you order stuff ... wait some random time ... keep calling the store to see if order is ready. There is no notification by email or a call when your order is ready for pickup, nor do they answer their emails with questions about orders. Seriously? What year is it? They can't check their emails?

And no it's not just Covid issue.. They were like this 6 months ago.
