Really slow turnaround time with poor communication. Dealt with once and never again.

    Sloppy repairs.

Sent a 1911 in to have a loose rear sight replaced. They stuck something on from a different brand that had a dovetail angle all wrong and the notch width was so wide that it was useless.

Would not recommend for something you wanted done right.

I dealt with them for a warranty issue with a Remington 7615. Long story short I waited just over a year to get it repaired and it still had issues when it came back. I eventually got a full refund and have never bought another Remington product again because I never want to deal with Gravel ever again.
It's not denial. I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

Contact June Rondeau at 1-418-682-3000 or 1-866-682-3003. ( Gravel Agency )

I have had great success with Gravel Agency in regards to warranty issues and buying Remington parts.

Sorry to hear of the fellows who did not!....

Also negative experience re: parts. Would have been better off buying third party instead.

Recently ordered some 1894 parts and they were shipped immediately, no issues.
They can't all be gems but you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.
