    customer service

    Got a phone call earlier today about orders i made and the fact that maybe the colors of what i ve ordered maybe slightly different.

    and they also told me that due to the pandemic they cannot keep up on stock: anyway kudos for a company to take the time to call to avoid an unhappy camper.

    i of course kept my orders on ...

    i know it should be the rule but we all know that online purchasing is insane and all the shops are busy and cannot keep up.

    However I have order from March 24 , 2020 to which I have sent 2 enquires from my IRun Guns account and zero response ? Nothing recieved or updates !
