Try
Tools/Options/Privacy & Security - scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.
Hit the Clear Data button. I also check the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" box
Restart FF and see if that works

Mines already set to clear , but i did manually now but no difference

Ok guys it was my problem , I had a tracking blocker that the TENDA site didn't like , all fixed now
