    Firearm Insurance Membership

    Hello,

    I have been a member and supporter of your insurance service for two years.
    This year when I submitted my policy renewal online, the result was: we will contact you in order to finalize your policy renewal.
    I am still waiting since !!!

    I have never have any issue nor claim of any kind. I am a respectful worker and gun owner and I always pay all my bills and taxes.

    My question is : Are you that successful that you finally do not see the point to spare 2 minutes of your time to keep your clients ?

    Maybe poor management or simply an honest mistake ?

    Once again I am nothing but disappointed especially because I always supported your idea and business.

    I’d drop you as a policy holder just for that attitude.
    :D STUPID is supposed to be fatal, but we spend countless resources to protect IDIOTS from being the cause of their own demise. Occasionally a ray of sunshine comes through an STUPID manages to do the job it was intended to do.

    There is probably a slight misunderstanding in here or I didn't expressed myself correctly but anyway, thanks for your inputs.

    I would have loved getting a point of contact from Capri though, in order to simply renew my membership !

    Hello Ted,

    Thank you sir.

    I had this number already and called them but for unknown reason, when you live in Quebec I think they subcontract their business without any follow up from the local contractor (very common in Quebec to be honest).

    Buddy from BC Zack? Has called me 2 years in a row now to remember to renew my policy. He's been great.

    Not sure about subcontracting in Quebec but that does sound unfortunate
