I assume the transfers that are in the queue will proceed as normal. By rights anything purchased prior to the announcement should be legit.
They should have shut the CFC transfer system down at 11am Friday Morning as Trudeau stepped up to the podium, not 6:30 Thursday evening.

We had several transfers that had been completed reversed yesterday. Perhaps this varies province to province. It will be interesting to see.

When were those transfers initiated?
Is the CFC site open for you to perform new registrations yet? I was in yesterday to purchase a restricted that's still legal and I was informed that the system was down.
Is it legal to hamper legal commence for political purposes? Nobody believes the system went down for any reason than a political order.
